Meet Our Team

Zach Morgan brings years of roofing, insurance, and customer service expertise to GoodBoy Roofing, along with a deep love for animals that inspires everything we do. With a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University and more than six years of experience working in the Denver metro, Zach built a name for himself by being honest, dependable, and always putting the customer first.

After leading sales and service at a national roofing company and even creating his own appraisal company to help settle tough insurance claims, he knew it was time to build something better: something local, personal, and full of heart.

Zach’s best friend Huey, a Jack Russell/Beagle mix he rescued in 2011, has been by his side through years of travel and growth, and is part of the reason GoodBoy Roofing exists today. For Zach, this business is about protecting homes and giving back to the pets that make them whole.

Jonathan Pilgrim brings energy, passion, and people skills that truly set him apart in the roofing world. After earning a degree in Music Theory from Baylor University, Jonathan spent over a decade teaching in public schools before switching gears and quickly rising to the top in residential roofing sales.

He’s overseen hundreds of roofing projects and built a reputation for making customers feel heard, supported, and even uplifted during what can be a stressful process. Jonathan’s positive attitude and unforgettable laugh make him a favorite among clients and teammates alike.

At GoodBoy Roofing, he’s here to make sure you feel confident every step of the way, and that your roof gets done right.

Shaun van der Veen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that clients and teammates recognize immediately. Having replaced more than 1000 roofs in the Denver metro area, he has seen just about everything there is to see in the roofing industry.

Shaun has a bachelor’s degree in Film and Digital Media from the University of California Santa Cruz, and a knack for picking out the picture perfect color of your roof. After college, Shaun moved out to Colorado. Through courageous endeavors in fire fighting, small business video productions, and hot tub sales, he found his true calling in restoration roofing.

Shaun makes his customers feel valued and appreciated from the first introduction to the final check pickup, and always goes above and beyond to provide first class customer service. If you’re lucky, he may even have his faithful pup Bertha with him.
